Elizabeth Udell is a social media and content marketing consultant based in Los Angeles.

 

Born in New York City, she moved down to South Florida as a child and ended up at the University of Florida studying Public Relations and Mass Communications.

While at UF, she started writing for the 2nd highest trafficked electronic music blog at the time, EDMTunes. She contributed with over 250 articles and landed a role at Insomniac Events as a social media manager in Los Angeles when she graduated.

Over the years she has pivoted from music to cannabis and brought her marketing experience with her. Once she mastered the digital marketing of medical and adult-use cannabis in 20 states, she has since serviced clients all over the world in the industry.

Her last in-house role was Head of Social for Cookies Retail - since then she has consulted on many different brands in the entertainment, cannabis, food, solar, 3D manufacturing, design and wellness industries.

She teaches social media management and content marketing part time at San Diego State University. Since 2019, she has volunteered at UCLA’s Kappa Delta chapter as an advisor to the VP PR and leads their digital strategy.

Her work has been published in Forbes, AdAge, Business Insider, The Cut, New York Magazine and Betches Love This. She has appeared on numerous podcasts, spoken at conferences and hosted internal corporate summits.

She has 26 million views on TikTok where she posts about restaurants, entertainment, cannabis and comedy.
